Díma að lóða

Loksins byrjaði Díma að lóða enda búin að vera að merkja í 3 mánuði allur bærinn ætti að vita að Díma er að lóða hehe..

Ég er samt voða happy enda eru 9 mánuðir síðan hún lóðaði síðast og ég vona að hún haldi sig bara við það...

Charly er ekki byrjaður að spangóla ennþá enda er Díma bara nýbyrjuð. En Dóra vinkona mín ætlar að bjarga mér ef það verður ekki búandi heima fyrir látum.. Þá fær Charly að kíkja í Sandgerði..

Í augnablikinu er ég svo að leita mér að einhverju flottu ræktunarnafni, þó að ég sé nú ekkert að fara að rækta alveg strax en það er gaman að hafa það klárt þegar maður situr nýju heimasíðuna upp..

Díma is in heat at the moment finally she has been preparing for 3 months and i think the whole town knows she´s in heat hehe..

Charly is holding up well at the moment no whining but if he becomes miserable then he is going to visit my friend and her dogs.

Now i am looking for a kennel name and there is so much to choose from :) and hard to decide but soon you will see what it is.. I am doing a new homepage for my dogs so i want to have the kennel name ready when i put the homepage up.

Díma og Charly að leika

Charly lenti í 4.sæti í grúppu 9

Charly stóð sig eins og hetja í dag og varð besti hundur tegundar með CACIB og m.stig..

Hann endaði svo í 4.sæti í grúppu 9 sem er alveg magnaður árangur :)
Ekkert smá ánægð með hann. Hann var líka ekkert smá glaður að koma heim og fá að vera hundur aftur, ekki einhver dúkka..

Allt Sóley Möller að þakka en hún vildi ekki leyfa mér að raka hann niður í haust þegar ég var að gefast upp út af veikindum..

Dómurinn hans :
Very stylish, 18 m old ex breed type, beautiful condition, correct head, correct expression, well set ears, correct length of neck, proper shoulders. Typical coat texture, excellent head carriage.

Charly went BOB with CACIB and CAC.. He then wound up 4th in group 9 :)
I am so happy with him just amazing success on our first show together :)
And many more to come, next show is in June..

It is all thanks to my amazing groomer who would not let me shave him down when i was sick and about to give up, she spent many hours grooming him, and it shows the judge was so happy with his coat condition and his grooming.. And today i am feeling much better and can finally bath him myself with out having to take a break every 5 sec..

Here is what the judge had to say about Charly:

Litla frænka

Stebba systir var að fá sér hvolp, hún heitir Snædís og er Bichon frise undan Emblu og Patta.

My sister was getting a puppy her name is Snædís and she is a Bichon frise :)

Smáhundasýning í garðheimum..

Við verðum á smáhundadögunum á morgun í garðheimum ekki að Díma og Charly séu beint smáhundar þá eru þau víst flokkaðir sem slíkir :S
Við verðum frá 14:30-17:00

Annars er allt gott að frétta Charly fer á sína fyrstu sýningu núna í lok feb bara gaman þeir verða víst bara tveir hann og Djazz..

Díma er búin að vera með smá magavesen eftir að hafa borðað eitthvað drasl, stundum mætti halda að hún væri labrador ekki poodle. Alltaf að éta eitthvað rugl.
Svo fékk hún líka væga augnsýkingu sem er öll að lagast.

Charly lærði að heilsa í gær voða duglegur tók aðeins 2 mín að kenna honum þetta nýja trikk, enda vorum við bæði mjög einbeitt í þessu enda sármóðguð eftir að Jói sagði að Charly væri ekki jafn gáfaður og Díma..
Hann er alveg jafn gáfaður bara ekki jafn ákafur hehe..

Díma and Charly are doing great, Charly's first show here in iceland will be in the end of February, it will be fun to see how he will do.

Charly just learned how to shake, it only took two minutes to teach him that :)really smart boy..

There have been no problems with Charly since he came to Iceland, the only thing i can mention is that he likes to watch the garden and barks when people walk by but he and Dima take turns when watching the house she is in charge inside the house and he takes care of the garden :)

We try to go to the dog park everyday and they have lots of fun there running around and playing with other dogs, Charly has had some problems whit other male dogs, because he does not know when dogs are not friendly but we try to protect him and he can run faster then all the other dogs so there is no problem, maybe he will learn that not all dogs want to play with him :P

Dima and Charly have been good friends from day one and is so fun to she there friendship develop now they are starting to sleep closer and closer together.
